Within this collection, the products are free from any herbs or oils that are not recommended during pregnancy. You don't have to worry because we did it for you!
- Herbs to Avoid: Blue cohosh, black cohosh, goldenseal, ephedra, ginseng, aloe vera (oral supplements), yarrow, arnica and dong quai.
- Essential Oils to Avoid: Clary sage (except during active labor under medical supervision), rosemary, basil, jasmine, sage, cinnamon, wormwood, and aniseed
Many women experience a heightened skin sensitivity during pregnancy. While the below oils are safe to use, its recommended to do a small patch test to ensure it works with your skin biome during this special time.
